Data we process
Notilify may process account details, workspace settings, API keys, sender identity configuration, billing records, support messages, usage analytics, message metadata, delivery status events, webhook records, and related operational logs.
Message data can include recipient phone numbers, message content supplied by the customer, timestamps, provider identifiers, delivery states, error codes, and the technical context needed to debug sending or webhook delivery.
How data is used
We use data to provide the Notilify dashboard and API, authenticate users, process SMS requests, calculate usage, surface delivery and webhook status, prevent abuse, troubleshoot account issues, and improve service reliability.
Operational analytics help us understand page performance, product usage, and support needs. We keep those uses focused on running and improving Notilify rather than selling customer messaging data.
Customer controls
Customers control the phone numbers, message content, sender settings, webhook endpoints, and internal users they add to Notilify. Customers should only send data they are allowed to process and should remove access for users who no longer need the dashboard.
For privacy, account, or data handling questions, contact support with the workspace and request details. We may need to verify account ownership before making changes that affect data or access.
Questions about these terms?
Contact Notilify support before sending production SMS traffic if your team needs account, billing, or data-handling clarification.
